UPS broke when the store was moved

I moved my store into prod this weekend but it will not let UPS work. Here is the error I get:

 

An error occured with the UPS shipping calculations.

Packages must weigh more than zero pounds.

If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

 

Packages are more the 0 pounds.

 

Any thoughts?

OK, I just added .5 lbs. to the tare weight and that made the packages (regardless of contents) weigh just .5 lbs. It's like it doesn't know the weights of packages.

 

Will this info help with a solution?
