Individual shipping works but doesnt work

Ok i had done everything that the readme file said but i was getting error messages, then i went over the readme again and noticed that sql query at the begining of the new install section, i ran that query

Now there are no error messages but when i have activated the individual shipping module, when i edit a product it doesnt have a box to put in the shipping price. What have i done wrong.
