Can't add any more attributes - error message. Help please

When I try to add attributes I get an error message like:

 

 

1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

 

insert into products_attributes values ('', '39', '5', '15', '', '+')

 

[TEP STOP]

 

 

Any idea what is wrong?

Sounds like a database issue. Do you have a backup database from before this happened?

Yes, but I don't really want to go back to before I made all the latest changes. It used to work, but now it suddenly doesn't for some reason...
