Hello

Wondering if anyone can help me out on this. This is my first time using oscommerce, in fact its my first experience with ecommerce at all. I have installed and am currently configuring oscommerce, mostly going well, but none of the button images will display in my browser, they all seem to be in the correct directory on my server ( includes/languages/english/images/buttons/ ) but in the browser i only get the dreaded empty box with a cross. Can anyone help me?????

Try renaming the .htaccess file in the includes folder to txt.htaccess and see then if your buttons appear.

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and am pretty clueless about a lot of things, so I'm hoping someone can help.

I'm also having exactly the same problem as above.

I've changed the htaccess file to txt.htaccess and it's made no difference.

I've tried changing file attributes of my includes/english folder to 777 from 755 but for some reason they automatically revert to 755 every time.

Can anybody help?

Please!

Keith.

I,ve now managed to change the file attributes of my includes/english folder to 777 from 755 succesfully, but I still can't see any buttons.

I,ve checked that they're all in the correct directory on my server, but they still refuse to display.

Please help.
