contactwin Posted June 24, 2006 Share Posted June 24, 2006 AddtoCart not working properly Hello all, you can check this at http://thirdshop.com/ds_product_info.php/products_id/1530 what's happening is at times, the product gets added to the cart, and at times even after clicking add to cart, the shopping cart is empty. I verified the code to the best of my knowledge, but couldnt find any proper solution, i checked with the internet but couldnt find a solution. I also activated cookies, yet still the same happens. An exact summary of the problem. When i add a product to the cart, it may or may not get added. If it doesnt then no matter how many you add they just don't add If it does then here are a few scenarios. I add the 1st product the cart shows empty, i add the second product the cart count shows 1 (1st added) product, but when i click on check out or view cart, it's empty again. At times, however all the products added work fine and get added smoothly. I've tried my level best but haven't found anything to combat this. Please Help! Guest Posted June 24, 2006 Share Posted June 24, 2006 you could try switching off the friendly urls osc Admin->Configuration->My Store->Use Search-Engine Safe set it to false and retry.
