cwwilly
I have begun the installation process of osCommerce and have come to a road block. After entering the database information and click continue, I receive the following screen: Can you please tell me how to proceed? Windows 2000 IIS 5.0 PHP 5.1.4 mySQL 5.0.22 Thanks, Chad
trallpunk
I still haven't got my store installed and have been stuck at the same place. I guess you need to make sure the register_long_arrays is set to on in the php.ini file or place it in the .htaccess file. Vger knows he/she will probably respond soon. I have a questions for you. Are you hosting with godaddy? If so that might be the problem. Let me know if you get past this page and how you did it. cwwilly
Checked and the php.ini file has register_long_arrays = On. I am hosting locally on my own machine for testing purposes prior to finding a host... I'll be sure to stay away from goDaddy. Thanks for the info. I'll keep you updated if I find a solution to this problem. Thanks, Chad
♥Vger
Well, you've got a bad collection all in one place. An IIS server, PHP 5 and MySQL 5. The optimal setup is Apache server, PHP 4 and MySQL 4. Vger
