everyth5 Posted June 22, 2006 Share Posted June 22, 2006 Hi I just uploaded all the files from HeaderTags_V_2.5.9\Database_Files into my public_html folder as the instructions suggested, tried to go to the address suggested by the Read Me First document and came up with this error: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@everything-asian.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Jack_mcs Posted June 23, 2006 Share Posted June 23, 2006 You might want to re-read the instructions. I don't think it says to upload all of the files from the DatabaseFiles directory. An Internal Server error can be many things but if you have an invalid file in the root, that could cause it. Try removing the files you uploaded and see if the problem goes away. If it doesn't, then you will need to contact your host for assistance.
