small pic borders

Hi all.. I need a little help to find where I can set up borders around my pic's.

catalog/includes/functions/html_output.php I changed this file but when I did it put a border around ever image on the page. It did not look good.

Thanks for your reply lrjbart.. your right it does look terrible and not quite what I am after.

I really want just the product pics to have a fancy border.

Not flash with php so could be a bit too hard unless someone can help.
