The only complication is that we need to set up Zone Rates for zones within the UK which are: Zone 1 - Bulk of England and S.Wales and London Zone 2 - Souh West and West Wales Zone 3 - Scotland Lowlands, Highlands (not islands) How can we do this as we are having trouble in the cart section?
