How about the last name in the welcome?

How do I add the customers last name in the welcome message. Just using the first name is a bit too familiar when the customer knows I don't know them from a hole in the ground.

 

 

 

And, how can I leave the customers (full name) inserted on the page somewhere so they know they are still logged in, like this forum does?
