Session ID or Cache Issue

Guest

Recommended Posts

We are having a problem with Session ID's appearing in URL's and affecting user's ability to checkout.

If a user stays within the checkout process and does not click on anything outside of the store then they are able to complete their order. But if the user selects another page all items are lost out of their shopping cart and they have to start over.

This is the URL: http://campfireinacan.com/store/catalog/

THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP IN ADVANCE!!

It looks like the session isn't being passed from the shared secure server back to the standard server.

Check your includes/configure.php file for the proper session settings.

Also are you storing the session in the database or file system?

Thank you very much for your reply. I am not really sure what the proper settings should be and I am also unsure if the session is being stored in a database or file system. Could you tell me how I can find that out?

In the meantime I will take a look at the configure.php file and see if I can figure this out.

Thanks for your help.

I checked out my configure.php file and I believe that the session is being stored in a mySQL database, but I am a newbie. Following is what is in my congure.php. Could you please check it out and tell me if I should change anything?
