Adding link and centering top banner image

Hi Smart People,

 

I?m a php rookie failing at two things:

 

1. How do I center the top banner image in oscommerce?

 

2.How do I place a link on every product_info page that sends visitors to a page which isn?t in the catalog folder?

?Link placement on product_info page: just below the text that reads ?This product was added to our catalog on ?.?

 

I don?t have a background in software engineering, so if anyone could show me what code to copy-paste my brain would greatly appreciate it.
