scootd
"Error: I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions on" where do i set the user permission? Using your FTP program Control or Command click on the file and select set permissions, set to 755, or use your server cpanel/file manager to set permissions to 755. all osC catalog and admin files should be set to 755, except your 2 configure.php which should be read only 444. scot

aheisey
Thank the gods that I found this page! I purchased an SSL through iPowerWeb and I can't tell you the nightmare I've been in since they moved my files. Nothing worked, the SSL cert didn't get transferred, the DNS wasn't updated, my web address was home to some other web site, gads, what a mess! My site was down for two weeks while they figured everything out! I finally figured out the SSL edits that needed to be done on the php files, but my Admin Interface was missing from the vDeck control panel. guess that got lost too. from the above messages I'm able to access the catalog and make the changes I need. Thank you for posting the web address to the Admin panel!
