PayPal Sandbox and 3005

I can't get around the 3005 error from PayPal with sandbox testing, not sure what to try next. Everything is fine until I get that error on Pay button.

Does anybody have PayPal sandbox testing working?

(BTW: register_globals is on)

There is very little that can be set/configured in the sandbox, I don't even know what to try next.

"Please note that the Testing/Sandbox server is independent to the Live server, and requires it's own seller user account." I admit that I am also a bit confused - I assume that sandbox is independent of my actual paypal merchant account. I have not made any changes to my 'real' paypal merchant account - should I set anything about return URLs, etc?

Yeah, pretty thin on details here, but I am really lost - the Paypal sandbox docs are about as bad as you can get.

Ahh - sick up and fed with paypal sandbox. I opted to add a 'test' category with real cheap stuff (ie, products: penny, nickel, dime, quarter) and go live. Payment went thru just dandy.
