is there such extension for oscomernnce?

i am complete noob in using oscommernce, well everything is easy and cool but i am looking for some more features, i mean are there in extensions for oscommernce that:

 

1) give an ability to collect points by customers for example 5 points for buing 100$ products etc so in future customer will be able after collecting some amout of points to buy products chapier etc.

 

2) some system that will cout all of the transactions for example in the month , that will sum all things etc and will count the tax etc
