hi im new to osc can anyone please help me keep getting following error, ive tried finding solutions from this forum but dont know cant figure out, how can i change permissions ? from my ftp when i rightclick on configure.php read,write,execute these 3 options appear ????? then how can i change values 777 and bla bla.....

 

and plus administration tool tells me unable to connect to server,

and catalog gets me back to installation procedure again ????

An answer to one question anyway....delete the install folder, then the catalog link will take you to the catalog.
