contribution to download product

hello everybody !

 

i am curently looking for a contribution for oscomerce, which we are able to download products, as pdf,...

but i tryed to find a contribution which do that, but i don t found ...

my boss need this ! :blink:

so, could you help me, please ? or i have to make this contribution, that it s long not difficult but just too long !

you have to change the header of catalog\download.php to specify the application type. right now it is:

header("Content-Type: Application/octet-stream");

See how some of the pdf contributions setup the header for it.

 

also you could setup another column in the products to specify the download type and setup the headers accordingly.

i would like, in the admin section, put pdf as being products ! and customers could download them after paiement.

maybe i don t understand you :blush:

this functionality is built into OsCommerce although adding the download controller contribution will help to make your downloading options more robust.

I see just specify the download filename in the attributes page on the osc admin.
