prabheesh
Hi, Whether anybody can help me to add a new protx direct module with the oscommerce site? I have got all the php files that are needed, but I don't know how to connect that with oscommerce. Though I tried myself, I got some error related with session. Please help regards Prabheesh
Guest
Taken from the readme.txt in the contribution:- As with all contribs - backup first!! Copy all the files contained within the contribution to the same directories on your server. Edit includes/filenames.php, includes/database_tables.php and admin/includes/database_tables.php as per the instructions in the readme.txt file. You then need to use phpmyadmin to import the mysql.sql file Go to your admin area -> modules -> payment -> protx direct -> install Then select edit and enter your protx settings. The module does not interfere with sessions as using the direct modules the data is sent via cURL without any external (non osC files). prabheesh
Actually I was trying to implement it myself. But i am happy to know that a contribution is available for implementing this. Will you please inform its site address? Do u know whether it is a error free contribution? Do you know configuring it manually once we get the php files from protx? regards
Guest
The direct modules is at http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...ll/search,protx I have worked on updating & streamlining the module and use it myself on a live site without any problems. You do not need any files from Protx, the only requirements are that you have cURL installed on your server (in admin -> tools ->server info look for any curl entry). There is a readme file in the contribution to help you setup & install the module. Tom
