My shop pages are blank only left column and header appear!!!

I have problems with my shop. It happens from time to time, probably something in the configuration file is not correct.

First of all sometimes I cannot access this URL http://www.fonopress.com/index.php but I can access this http://fonopress.com/index.php.

 

Now when I want to open main page of my shop I only see the headedr of this page, and part of my left column (ending with 'What's New').

The main page and the right column are blank!!!

Can anyone suggest me what's wrong with it?
