Just copy the includes/boxes/reviews.php file to what you want (e.g. cc.php) and then edit the contents to just display the image that you want.

Save the following as includes/boxes/cc_accepted.php

<?php
/*
 $Id: cc_accepted.php,v 1.37 2003/06/09 22:20:28 hpdl Exp $

*/
?>
<!-- cc_accepted //-->
	  <tr>
		<td>
<?php
 $info_box_contents = array();
 $info_box_contents[] = array('text' => BOX_HEADING_CC_ACCEPTED);

 new infoBoxHeading($info_box_contents, false, false);

 $info_box_contents = array();
$info_box_contents[] = array('text' => '<div align="center">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'cc_accepted.gif', BOX_HEADING_CC_ACCEPTED) . '</div>');

 new infoBox($info_box_contents);
?>
		</td>
	  </tr>
<!-- cc_accepted_eof //-->

Then edit your includes/column_right.php or includes/column_left.php file to add:

include(DIR_WS_BOXES . 'cc_accepted.php');

Then edit your includes/languages/[language].php to add the following:

define('BOX_HEADING_CC_ACCEPTED', 'Credit Cards Accepted');

and finally ensure that the image of the cards is saved as images/cc_accepted.gif.
