No Modules to configure

Hi All. Kinda new to some of this.

 

Everything installed fine. I have my permissions see at 777. All of my modules are in thier correct folders but does not show up in admin to configure.

PS. this is what I see in my admin page:

 

Module Directory: DIR_FS_CATALOG_MODULESpayment/
