Admin Login Error

I don't know what could of happened... I haven't touched the code in ages and everything has been fine... I tried logging in the admin section and now I get an error

 

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in /home/aliandad/public_html/marketplace/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 31

Try to comment out the $this=null; on line 31 It seems to be working for everyone else but me.

php5 compatibility problem

 

admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 31, edit

 

$this = null;

 

to this:

 

unset($this);
