Predefined Constants ?

I recently started playing with osCommorce and I need to modify customers.php to add account information however there are predefined variables. I call them predefined variables, cause I can not find where they are defined. One of the example is : ENTRY_TELEPHONE_MIN_LENGTH, ENTRY_EMAIL_ADDRESS_MIN_LENGTH etc. Anybody has idea about how & where these predefined constants are defined? and how can I add new ones? :(

I guess, I'll reply my question. all predefined constants are kept in db under 'configuration' table.
