Is this module available?

Hi everybody, i'm new to osCommerce, so I appologize if you've all heard this one million times.

 

Is there a module available that allows users to add their own items to shopping carts, but they don't get added until the administrator approves them. Also, if possible, only members with certain 'rights' (given by the administrator) should be able to do that.
