Where can I find a complete history of all orders?

When I go into Admin -> Customers -> Orders I only see about 15 orders, even though I know hundreds have been completed by this store. I don't know if that means this client deletes orders once they're complete, or if OSC purges them automatically.

Is there a place to find a complete history of all orders ever made? An archive of sorts?

Hello oldford,

Orders are not purged automatically by the OSCommerce application.

If the drop down on Admin -> Customers -> Orders is on "All Orders", unless the code's been modified, all the orders that are in the system at the moment - will show.

Not much help I know.

I would have to assume the client is deleting processed orders--ask them?

I have wanted a way to put all shipped orders into a seperate page so they dont clutter up the orders page. I do not want to delete orders for archival purposes for the customers, but they do tend to clutter the orders pages after hundreds or thousands of orders--if someone wants to help develop my idea I would love it--I think radio buttons next to each order with a seperate orders page where when the checkbox is clicked then click go all the checked orders will be stored on orders2.php--or ideally when you set one order to shipped it will automatically go to the storage page---

any ideas for helping me accomplish this?

Yes, while my store isn't officially opened yet - I anticipate a need to archive all orders - the only orders I would want to delete are test orders and the like. Even if there was a way to save them to our computer somehow to keep the database clean.
