Where can I get the Upgrade_Eng.txt for oscAffiliate?

I have tried to find it but it is not included with the distribution I have. I am running a semi-customer oscommerce install, and would like to add affiliate support, however, the file I am referred to by the install_eng.txt, upgrade_eng.txt isnt anywhere to be found. Can someone please provide it to me or a link from which I can retrieve it?
