Controlling Image Size - Help Appreciated

Recommended Posts

I've been trying to set up an online photography website but have run into a problem with the image size minimum and maximum values. We have both landscape and portrait photos and as a result the images sizes will not be uniform. I've tried leaving the min. max. values empty (in the admin panel) but when you click on the photo to enlarge it, it remains the same size and, frankly looks silly.

Now I know, at least I have tried, that I can restrict the image size if I was only using landscape images by using the "constrain proportions" (photoshop) option to allow me to control the overall image size in thumbnail and enlarged images and vice versa (for portrait images). But I have no idea how to do it for both image formats.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated.

There are quite a few image contributions you may want to look through them and see if one of them might fit your needs.

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?

There are many very useful osC Contributions

Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here
