Changing size of a popup window...

I've just installed Help Center Live, but when a customer clicks the link for it, a full size browser window opens. I'd prefer it to be fairly small, so I searched for formatting code, but don't really know what I'm looking for. Any pro's here that could help me? The link code is below:

Sorry, I know this is a pretty straightforward thing, but I'm useless with code.
