Scrolling header and url for pictures

I installed scrolling header contribution (for link see below in my sign), it works perfectly

 

I don't know how to code each picture to reach description page of each product.

 

 

the path of each pict is describe :

how can I write the code, in order to reach page description when clicking on pict ?
