"Enlarge pic" option on customer end busted

Ok this feature worked fine right out of the box yesterday when the store was put up. Today I found a nice little template and set that up fine. But now when I click to take a closer peek at an item the popup window come up but loads my ,what i believe is, my top logo bar in the window rather then the image. I know I should just go back to the original template, except two things: 1) Don't have it anymore, 2) I must learn to fix this because I can't always run back to default mode when things go wrong. So where and what code/file I should take a look at and fix to to have the image show up in the popup?

I am having a similiar problem with my "Click to Enlarge" links. They seem to work fine in FireFox, but dont work at all in IE

OK, I checked that fild, and I tried to comment out what I had, and splice in the vanilla code you provided, but I got an error when doing that, said ('http://dweebweaver.com/shop/product... [something] didn't exist. I know it's a common file and that it does exist, i'm thinking the error was the link they're trying to connect to started with the whole "(' " in front of the web addy. but I know nothing bout php so it was all foreign to me. and don't be confused by the link, thats just the shop i'm TRYING to put together. it looks the same to me, codewise. in case you lost the link to my shop to see what exactly is going on it's http://dweebweaver.com/shop/ and again, the problem is with enlarging images.

Hello jacenstuff,

When I look at the source of your actual popup, it shows that the page is being layed out by The Simple Template System, which I have no experience with.

I am sorry that I have been of no help to you. I am thinking that you may get some assitance through the Simple Template System forum.

Well I guess it must've been that template I setup, because unless it came with the stock code of OSC, I did not intentionally install STS. I tried getting some help on this topic, but have not heard back. Do you think the 'Better Pop-up image" contrib might correct the issue? it's at http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...ons,4087/page,2 if you're not familiar with it. Thanks so much, you made a huge effort for me and i really appreciate that.

A programmer on www.oscommerce.com/forums posted a reply to a copy of this same issue that fixed my pop-up problem.

Now pop-ups display the product image instead of the template.

Here's the fix:
