Import data from external source

Hi,

 

I need to import/populate the mysql database for oscommerce from existing software running on my clients inventory systems.

 

Furthermore, I need to synchronize systems at both ends.

 

Is there any other way than to sit down and write scripts from scratch?

and also check the rss feed contributions. It's an alternative way using xml to do it so you could get some code from those.
