I would like to know how to change my login access user ID and/or Password, because there is a person who doesnt work anymore in this company, so we need to keep safe our site. shibat Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 Do you mean you want to remove that user/customer from osc? If so you would go into the admin section and remove that customer. Or you can login as that customer and go to "my account" and change the password from there. If you mean you want to change the password for the .htaccess file to access your admin section, you need to ask your hosting company to change it using the .htpasswd file in the apache/bin directory.
