Personal Message on Products

Anybody have any idea how I can include a text box on a product info page so a shopper can include a personal message with each product they purchase?

 

It's so they can send the purchased item directly from the store as a gift with a personal message from them.

 

Is there a contribution that can do this? I can't seem to find one.

Yeah I've had a look, there's a couple of things I could modify I think.

 

I was hoping somebody might have had experience of this before, it seems like a feature that many would need - personalised gifts feature quite heavily in online stores in my experience.

 

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
