Total amount of purchase for Affiliate Programs

I am joing a few affiliate programs and offering a %X per sale. All I need is a script to insert into the checkout_confirmation that calculates what the total cost was (minus shipping) of the items the person just purchased. It should only do this calculation if the products were purchased with "PayPal" or "2checkout".

 

Can anyone help me out with this, I am willing to pay?!
