Problem with Bank Transfer Module

Hi,

 

I have searched the forum trying to find a similiar problem to that of mine however all though the same error message is displayed, it is when using a Paypal method of payment.

 

I only require a Bank Transfer method. I have downloaded the "Bank Transfer V1.1B" module and all is insatlled and seems well up until the point that the client clicks Checkout. The followinge error is then given:

 

1062 - Duplicate entry '0' for key 1

What would be causing this?

Did you get this sorted out? I am also wanting to use electronic bank transfer as a payment option.
