I already create an administrator account. I received the confirmation email. But I want to create a user account with access at limited function. I can create it and introduce the email for this account but I can not create a password for the second account. This is my question? How to create a password for the second limited account? Thanks :D Quote
insomniac2 Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 As beano just stated. The contrib does not allow you to create user passwords. When you add/create a user the login and password details are mailed to them. Once they receive the email they can log into your admin and change their password to anything they want. The only control you have for each user is setting the file permissions. Quote

I created an Admin account and a Customer Relations account When I log in as Admin, and I go to the Admin "Boxes" Menu - I seem to be able to only control the files that Admin sees. I expected that if I logged in as Admin - I would then be able to turn the files on/off for any other account holder. However - as far as I can tell - the logged in user has the control over which files to turn on/off. How does this make sense ?????? I must be missing something. As an Admin, how do I control the viewable files for Customer Relations users ? THANKS - david Quote

rapollon Posted April 2, 2007 Posted April 2, 2007 Hello, I have MVS 1.1 and AAL2.0 working independantly from one another. When I install both, admin/inc/func/general.php causes an error that gives me a blank admin page. I have nothing but a blank page. I've narrowed it down to this file, how can I correct this conflict? thanks rudy Quote
