run2web Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 Hi there, Has anyone had problems connecting to OSC using AOL or MSN? I have a client who has tried to use the site using AOL and she keeps being redirected to the main page of the cart and it says that she must log in. She logs in and it still takes her back to the main cart page and again says that she must log in. There is one other customer who uses MSN who also gets the same message. I have asked others who use AOL to go to the site and they have no problems. Could it be the version of AOL that they are using or is it something within the OSC site iteself? Any ideas? Guest Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 Tell them to try from a non-AOL browser. AOL uses proxy servers, and can switch them on you without notice, thereby messing up your session. -jared
