Shipping Address problems - help required

i have a new site My Webpage

 

problem is when a new customer enters details and proceeds to checkout the address details are lost..

if i try and amend billing address of shipping address later they still are not saved.

 

i have done a search but cannot an answer to this.

 

if i try and amend the details in the admin i cannot amend or delete the record. :'(
