SteenChristensen Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 I have an Apache server with several virtual host domains. The server path for the domains is: /var/www/domain1 (www.domain1.com) /var/www/domain2 (www.domain2.com) and so on.. I have installed OS commerce in the folder /var/www/catalog and pointed my virtual domain to that folder. I don't want to install the system in the www root folder, and not as www.domainx.net/catalog (this works fine by the way) The site loads, but there are no graphics on the shop. In the admin interface the graphics works fine. I have set up all the accesses correct as described in the installation guide. When I try to see the images folder in the browser - www.domainx.net/images - I get access denied. When I browse www.domainx.net/admin/images I see the images in list mode, and can see individual images. I have not been able to find documentation for this approach. Anybody with good ideas? Best regards Steen
SteenChristensen Posted May 28, 2006 Author Posted May 28, 2006 Additional information: When the system is installed as www.domainx.net/catalog, the /images subfolder is browsable. It proves somehow that there is a problem with permissions. I just can't figure out where. Thanks. Steen
