Broken Links to all SSL Pages

I have read the posts on "Broken Links" but most seem to be about images. I appear to have broken links on SSL Pages

 

I have run my site through a "Broken Links" programme before my site is submitted to any Search Engines and it has returned with results that say 5 of my links are broken.

 

The broken links are as follows

 

/shop/account.php

/shop/checkout.php

/shop/login.php

/shop/create_account.php

and www.paypal.com/us

 

I have looked at my error_log and there is nothing showing on there. I have also logged in as a user and created a new account and everything appears to be fine. I have also checked the permissions of these files and they are all 755 - read & execute but not write.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on what I might be doing wrong.

I'd guess everything's fine; it's probably just that the "broken links" programme doesn't have the brains to log in.
