Checkout_shipping.php is not working

I just switched hosts and I am having a problem with the checkout_shipping.php. Now that I have switched hosts that page displays a "The page cannot be displaed" message. I made sure the permissions where right on the file as well but that page still won't display. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you for any help.

I have this same issue as well. In addition, I have the same problem with my account set up. The one differnece, is this is my initial setup of osCommerce. I have done it on other servers, but this is the initial version on this one. Thanks for any help!
