Customer logon/ Registration

Hi there,

 

I am very new to all this, but are eager to learn.

After installing OsCommerce using the documentation that followed I was pretty happy and surprised how easy it all seem to be.

I do lack basics and understanding of php and MySql, but I hope I will understand more along the way.

I hope you can help me with some of my problems..

 

When I click on login or register account from the index.php the browser cannot find the pages because the link is directed to https://www.domain.com/shop/catalog/login.php instead of http://www.domain.com/shop/catalog/login.php ... I dont have ssl installed at the moment.

How and where do I change this configuration?

 

I will be very happy for any help I can get here.

When you installed osCommerce you either did it using an automated install or else you ticked the SSL box during a manual install. You need to download and edit both configure.php files and set enable_ssl to false both of them - then upload back to your site.
