the template i have does not have a best sellers...anyone know how to set it up

Hi,

 

i have been modifying an OsCommerce template but it doesn't have a best sellers section.

The only contributions seem to be best seller add ons and assume that best sellers is already part of the package.

Can anyone tell me if a contribution for a best sellers module exists??

As you haven't added a link to your site it's a shot in the dark, but here goes...

 

Of course it does exist.

 

A template is basically using all the default osC functions and keeping them visible/hidden as per the design layout.

 

Go to whichever column you want and add the code to insert the bestseller box.

I have seen the link but explained earlier about the columns. Going back to that, as you only have a column left I suggest you open the column and add the call for the besteller box.

 

Better still, there is a link on the footer of your site refering you to the people who I presume sold it to you, can they not do it for you, ? You have paid them after all so they should help you out if you can't do it.

just confused about one thing...how do i create a link to the best sellers page?

i have a link at the top of the page that i want to go to a best sellers page, but if i put for instance

<a href=<?=tep_href_link('best_sellers.php')?>

there's no such page!!!

as this only resides in the boxes directory.

how do i create this link??
