jaminunit Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 Hi there, I have a clothing store and the available option is a size dropdown box. the problem is if size 10 is sold out then new shoppers see size 10 out of stock the problem is other "not so smart" shoppers read this as this item is sold out and they don't know that they click on the drop down to choose another size. does any one here know how to make the drop down defoalt to the next in stock option? cheers J

Upon receiving fixes and advice, too many people don't bother to post updates informing the forum of how it went. Until of course they need help again on other issues and they come running back! Why receive the information you require in good faith for free, only to then have the attitude to ignore the people who gave it to you? There's no harm in saying, 'Thanks, it worked'. On the contrary, it creates a better atmosphere. CHOOCH
