Change Text Color

I am trying to find where to edit the color of the following text

in the "what's in my cart" pages:

 

Remove Products Qty. Total

 

I need these black, and it may be in the stylesheet, but where?

Mike, I would like to modify the shopping cart header as well. But modifications in TD.pageHeading, DIV.pageHeading { change the "What's in my cart" text", not the header itself (Remove Products Qty. Total

).
