How Much can OSCommerce do.... Order Processing, Despatch etc....

Hi All,

 

I am a new poster on this forum, and totally new to the OS Commerce world. I have a requirement whereby there is a Ebay shopfront, an OS Commerce shopfront and a small Telesales channel. All these need integrating into one order processing application which then invoking the despatching/picking process while managing the stock levels. Finally this data should end up in the Accounts System which in this case is Sage Line 50 Financial Controller (I am UK based). I have seen one bit of software that provides a link between EBay and OSCommerce called "Auction For Store". The daily number of transactions is probably around 500.

 

I am looked at Ebay tools, but I thought perhaps using OS Commerce to control all the processes may also be a possibility. I do know of existing software that can sync OS Commerce data with Sage L50.

 

So how much of the Order Processing, Picking and Stock control process can OS Commerce do?

 

Any thoughts greatly appreciately.
