Please help

 

 

i wish to have internet explorer show only one title on title bar but it keeps changing title, how do i do this

 

 

Also i wish to remove rating for review of what i have on site, i do not wish to have a trigger or error that will say it is compulsory my customers choose a rating when they want to rate a product
