German banking config page for English site

First off, my site is set to english only. When I go into the osCommerce configuration screen, the banking configuration page - "Bankverbindung" is in german not english. So is the "Invoice Layout" under Invoice-Editor. Is there a way to change this? I don't speak german. Is it just a matter of finding the english versions of these and replacing the current ones? If so, where can I get them and where do they go?
