Help! Two Simple Shipping Options

Hi guys,

 

I love OSCommerce and love this forum!

 

I am trying to figure out the best way for my customers to handle shipping choices. I sell t-shirts, stickers and "premium memberships" to a forum.

 

I want all shipping on US orders to be free. I want international orders to have a flat three dollar charge added.

 

BUT! I don't want it to automatically decide which options are available based on a country code. I just want the user to be able to click weather they want domestic (free) or international ($3) shipping. I just want two simple choices.

 

What is the best way to do this?
