adding 'user name' or changing 'first' & 'last name'

Hi

I would like to keep my customers real names confidential. But when a customer writes a review on a book, it shows thier first and last names. I would like to add 'user name' to the account form & allow the 'user' to login with that name & thier password. I would like the 'reviews' to show only the 'user name', not the real names of my customers because of confidentiality. But I would also like to keep thier real names on file so that I can compare those names with the paypal & credit card accounts to prevent fraudulant useage of these accounts.

Does anyone have a soulvent for this problem? The key words I need to use to find this solution on the oscommerce site are too vast.
